The University of Alabama suggests that as an educator, there are three main issues you need to understand. They are: the Public Domain, Fair Use, and Intellectual Property. We have tried to make them as simple as possible, and have included more complex definitions and explanations in more detailed legal-like form if you would like to do more research.
